Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any Screen Pulse application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our applications. These terms apply to all Screen Pulse apps unless otherwise noted in the app-specific sections below.
Use of Our Applications
You agree to use our applications only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You must not use our apps in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the app or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the app.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality in our applications — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Screen Pulse and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some of our apps offer subscription-based premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) according to their billing policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on content generated by our apps.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Screen Pulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our applications. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our apps or by email. Your continued use of our applications after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Ibadah Focus — Additional Terms
Purpose and Limitations: Ibadah Focus is a productivity and habit-forming tool. It is not a religious authority and its prayer time calculations are based on standard astronomical formulas. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of prayer times for all locations. Users should verify prayer times with their local mosque or a trusted authority for matters of religious obligation.
Device Functionality: Ibadah Focus uses device-level app restriction features. By using the app, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily restricting your own device. Screen Pulse is not responsible for any consequences arising from restricted access to apps during the lock period, including missed communications or time-sensitive events. Emergency calls and contacts remain accessible at all times regardless of lock status.
No Account: Since no account is created, you are solely responsible for any data stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will delete all local data permanently.
Ru'ya — Additional Terms
Nature of Interpretations: Ru'ya provides AI-generated dream interpretations informed by Islamic scholarly tradition. These interpretations are for personal reflection and spiritual guidance only. They do not constitute religious rulings (fatwa), psychological advice, medical advice, or predictions of any kind. We strongly encourage users to consult qualified scholars and professionals for formal religious or medical guidance.
User Content: Dream entries you submit remain your personal property. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your dream content for any other purpose.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@screenpulse.shop if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Account Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app under Settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be permanently removed.
Subscription: Ru'ya offers a free tier with limited interpretations and a paid subscription for unlimited access. Free tier limits may change over time. Subscribers receive uninterrupted unlimited access for the duration of their subscription period.
Stop Slouching — Additional Terms
Nature of Service: Stop Slouching is a posture awareness and habit-coaching tool. It provides general feedback about how upright you are sitting in front of your webcam. It is not a medical device. The App does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition, including back pain, scoliosis, or other musculoskeletal or neurological issues. If you have concerns about your posture, neck, or back, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Accuracy of Detection: Posture detection uses computer vision running in your browser and may produce false positives or miss real slouches depending on lighting, camera angle, clothing, distance, and other conditions. We do not guarantee that detection will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for any particular purpose.
Camera and Browser Requirements: Stop Slouching requires a modern web browser with WebRTC support and an attached webcam. You acknowledge that the App needs camera permission to function and that you are voluntarily granting that access. Performance depends on your device's capabilities; pose detection runs locally and may use noticeable CPU or battery.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@screenpulse.shop if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription: Stop Slouching offers a free tier with limited functionality and paid subscription tiers that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from within the App; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, except where required by applicable law.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, automate, or interfere with the App, and not to use it in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law. You may not use Stop Slouching to monitor or detect the posture of any person other than yourself.
Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting support@screenpulse.shop. Deletion is permanent and irreversible: your account, preferences, and stored session statistics will be removed.
Am I Wrong? — Additional Terms

Nature of Verdicts: Am I Wrong? delivers AI-generated verdicts for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Verdicts are not legal advice, relationship counseling, psychological guidance, or binding decisions of any kind. The judge is designed to be opinionated and decisive — not neutral. Verdicts may be inaccurate, one-sided, or lack full context. Do not make important life decisions based solely on a verdict generated by this app.
Content You Submit: By submitting text, voice, or screenshots for a verdict, you confirm that you have the right to share that content and that doing so does not violate any third party's privacy, confidentiality, or legal rights. You must not submit content that includes private information about individuals who have not consented to having their communications shared with an AI service.
Prohibited Content: You may not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, sexually explicit involving minors, or that includes the personal information of minors. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user who submits prohibited content.
No Storage of Submissions: We do not retain your submitted text, screenshots, or voice recordings after a verdict is generated. Past verdicts are stored locally on your device only, and you are solely responsible for how you use and share verdict cards generated from your submissions.
Shareable Verdict Cards: Verdict cards are generated for personal sharing and entertainment. You may share verdict cards freely. If a verdict card contains content derived from third parties (e.g., a screenshot of someone else's messages), you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that derived content.
Free Tier: Am I Wrong? grants one (1) free verdict on first launch. As a thank-you, users who leave a rating may receive one (1) additional bonus verdict (one-time, non-transferable). Continued use beyond the free tier requires a Premium subscription.
Premium Subscription — Plans and Pricing:

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at checkout.
Premium Features Unlocked: Unlimited verdicts; chat screenshot uploads; voice input; the "Appeal" re-judgment flow; and the Savage and Unhinged verdict tones.
Auto-Renewal and Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price for the same duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Your Subscription: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Subscriptions settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Premium features until that date.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. We do not have access to your payment details and cannot process refunds directly.
Apple-Specific Terms: These Terms are between you and Am I Wrong? (under the Screen Pulse brand), not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
